The children from 4th, 5th and 6th class travelled across the Sally Gap to Glencree for a collaborative session of creative writing. The journey that morning was very exciting as there was lots of fog, which added to the mystical ambiance high up in the mountains. Together the children wrote the beginning of their story but illustrated their own characters and composed their own individual story endings. The leaders were very helpful and enthusiastic and even told us where to find a nearby Leprechaun graveyard!!
